On Sunday 13th July Mr H was proud to support our local charity Isabele Hospice for the first of their Colour me happy 5k runs. This resulted in all of the entrants getting colour covered at the end of the event. We are also proud to support this great cause by providing sound and motivation. Well done to everyone who took part.

On Sunday 13th June the Mr H team will be motivating and entertaining the runners at the Isabel Hospice charity run "Colour me happy".
A brand new and exciting event is hitting Hertfordshire, enter today to join the colour revolution!
A 5km run with a twist, at each km you will be showered in plumes of beautiful bright powder paint. Participants will start in white T-shirts, and end up in a multi-coloured rainbow of colour!
Guaranteed to be a hugely popular event, sign up early to avoid disappointment.
This is not a race, it is a run to celebrate the joy of colour, so there will be no timing equipment or clock watching involved with the day. You can run, walk, hop, skip or jump your way around the course, whatever you fancy!
Isabel Hospice was founded in 1982 by a number of dedicated people inspired by Isabel Last, who herself had cancer, with the aim of providing palliative care and support to any adult with a life-limiting disease.
It was registered as a charity in 1983 and works throughout the eastern Hertfordshire area. Isabel Hospice is an independent body governed by a Board of Trustees and run day to day by a Management Team. We work closely with other healthcare providers in our area such as GP's and District Nurses.
The focus of the Hospice has always been to provide the highest possible quality of life for each patient in our care through a wide range of services delivered by staff and volunteers at a location convenient to the patient - their home, one of our Day Centres or our In-Patient Unit.
All care provided is free to our patients, their families and carers. The hospice is part-funded by the NHS locally, but the majority of income is from fundraising and trading activity.

Mr H and the team were at the half way point of the London Marathon 2014. It was amazing event. We had some of our live artists there motivating the runners and crowd. The crowd of spectators was even bigger than last year due to the great weather and Mo Fahar taking part for the first time. It was great to see some familiar faces from last year, we look forward to seeing you all again next year!
